Hi, I’m Monica! With a BA in Elementary Education and an MS in Psychology (specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis), I’ve had the privilege of working with children and supporting families for many years. I’m so glad you’re here and looking for support on this journey.

My journey started as a nanny and private tutor, where I experienced firsthand the daily ups and downs of parenting. This led me to roles as a behavior specialist in home, clinical, and school settings, where I deepened my understanding of behavior analysis. Along the way, I’ve developed a strong commitment to nurturing positive child development and creating supportive environments that help children succeed.

I originally created MM Behavior Supports (@mm.bxsupports) to share behavioral content and resources. As my work evolved, I combined my love for behavior science with my dedication to supporting families, and Nurturewise Solutions was born.

I specialize in behavior change and parenting, focusing on creating enriching routines and environments, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting communication and regulation skills. I’ve worked closely with parents, teachers, and other practitioners to help create supportive environments that help children thrive.
