  • ALL consultation and coaching sessions are non-refundable upon booking. This policy allows us to allocate our resources effectively and prepare fully for your session.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 36 hours before your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients and ensure a smooth scheduling process.

  • To provide you with the best possible experience, we ask that you complete the pre-session questionnaire at least 48 hours prior to your session. If the questionnaire is not submitted in time, the session may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality services.

  • If you are late to a session, it is not guaranteed that the missed time will be made up. Please aim to be on time to get the most out of your session.

  • If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a “no show", and the session will be cancelled. This policy helps us respect the time of everyone involved. If you’re running late, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

  • Due to the nature of our digital products and services (including guides, courses, + printable tools/resources, and consultation/coaching sessions), no refunds are available.
